A local entrepreneurship journey
Entrepreneurs from the village, for the village
Nanoé relies on local entrepreneurs to operate its networks, giving them access to appropriate technical, commercial, and financial tools.
They are not technicians sent from outside: they are members of the community, trained and equipped to become key players in the energy development of their village.

From selection to independence
Local selection
Candidates are identified in their own villages: motivated people, known by their community, with strong local roots.
Technical & commercial training
The training program is comprehensive: solar electricity, installation, sales, customer portfolio management, and troubleshooting.
Village deployment
The entrepreneur installs and operates the networks in their own area, with logistical and financial support from Nanoé.
Growing income
Income grows with the development of the network and the increase in the number of customers. Nanoé facilitates subsidies to launch the activities.
A complete program to succeed
Each nano-entrepreneur follows a structured pathway covering all the necessary skills: technical, commercial, and management. Training does not stop at deployment; it continues throughout the activity.
Every two months, collective workshops encourage experience sharing among entrepreneurs in the network, while personalized sessions address the specific challenges of each area.
